Deep Tissue Massage is a therapeutic type of mollification, focusing on restoring the deeper layers of the muscles and peritoneal tissues to their original positions.
The techniques used are the fingers, fist the knots of the closed fist, the forearm together with the elbow, the tip of the palm, since the pressure intensity that the therapist exercises and the movements are much slower and during the time of the massage therapy the pressure becomes deeper and deeper. Furthermore, the therapist mainly focuses on the parts where pain occurs, the so called trigger points.
